Our Finances

MMOM USA is proud to be a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization.   Our volunteers pay their own way (food, lodging, and transportation) on missions, allowing donations and fundraising proceeds to be used to pay the cost of medications, supplies, equipment and logistics. We are extremely efficient, applying almost 90% of proceeds to programs (missions).

Our History

Formerly known as PAMMMWDCI, the Medical Mission of Mercy USA is dedicated to making a difference by providing to those in need with medical, dental and surgical treatments.  Our main concern is to provide comfort, to relieve pain and illness, and to improve the well being of others.

As an all-volunteer group, we provide free medical services during our annual medical missions.  Since 2001, the organization conducted medical missions in many of the provinces of the Philippines, including Batangas, Nueva Ecija, Palawan, Pampanga, Tarmac, Romblon, Mariduque and Zambales. We have served for three years in rural Guatemala.

We are proud to have made an impact on over 71,000 patients since our first trip in 2001.  Every year, our missions serve from 1500 to 3000 patients. We work closely with local medical practitioners by hosting continuing medical education seminars and hands-on training for local medical residents, nursing students, and resident physicians.
